Our bookkeeping service works on a simple 3 step process
Step 1
We will setup a secure HubDoc, Drop box or Google drive account in the cloud to receive all relevant information from you (invoices, receipts, bank statements etc.,). You then send all your information using this secure cloud account every week or month as agreed in advance.
Step 2
Our bookkeepers will analyze the files in cloud and make sure all information is available to complete your bookkeeping. We will communicate with you for any questions and seek any missing information. Upon receipt of all information, we will update your books using QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or any other accounting software as agreed.
Step 3
We will upload your reports and software back-ups in the cloud upon completion of your bookkeeping. We will also answer any questions that you may have and prepare any customized reports if you need them. A consultant will have a personal meeting with You to discuss Your reports.
Alternative options to send information
1. Save all documents in digitized copy on Your server and share with us login details to connect Your server.
2. We do your bookkeeping. QuickBooks
3. Review your files on agreed upon day. Easy and on-time You can choose any of the option that suits you and we will setup our process accordingly.
Accounting software
3 options for you (pick your choice)
Option 1: Cloud accounting software - we can use cloud accounting software - QuickBooks online
Option 2: Remote login - We can remotely connect to your systems and work on the accounting software installed on your computers. – QuickBooks Desktop versions including QuickBooks Enterprise
Option 3: Desktop software - we can input the data on our desktop versions of the accounting software and will send the reports in the desired format (and software backups in case if you need them).
